Thanks for your support with our Weekly PE Challenges. It is called the Healthy Habit Challenge. It has been posted to all students and staff in their Teams
The essence of the challenge is:
1.At the 10:56 breaktime we want you to commit to the following 4 things:
¨Eat a healthy snack
¨Drink a glass of water
¨Get some fresh air
¨No screen/phone time
2.During your lunch break participate in the 10–15 minute workout posted in your PE Team.
